Client’s Instructions:

We’re looking to design the website for our established (2002) electrical contracting business, Great Southern Electrical Services. We currently operate on word of mouth.

We’re looking for a high-end, professional corporate website that works more as a portfolio and capability statement more than a lead-generation/tradie website.

Our business has been operating since 2002 and specialises in large-scale industrial electrical work, automation and PLC, agricultural processing, renewable energy and industrial projects.

The website needs to:

* Showcase our capabilities, experience and completed projects
* Include strong project case studies and professional photography
* Present the business as established, experienced and capable of handling large-scale corporate/industrial work
* Appeal primarily to large corporate clients, industrial businesses, major contractors and project managers
* Have a clean, sophisticated and modern design — not a typical residential electrician/tradie website
* Clearly communicate our industries, services, team, experience and capabilities
* Be informative and credibility-focused

We do not want online quoting, online bookings, e-commerce or transactions. We’re not looking to advertise heavily to residential customers or generate lots of small enquiries.

The main purpose is for potential corporate clients to visit the website and quickly understand who we are, what we do, the scale of work we undertake and the quality of our previous projects.

We’d like the finished website to feel more like a corporate capability portfolio than a traditional electrical contractor website.
